Krys provides both treatment and assessment in her practice. She collaborates with clients in therapy to explore thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that may be hindering their progress, aiding them in overcoming challenges related to grief and loss, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, career development, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, body image, and identity development. Krys works with clients aged 14 and older.

Individual Therapy
Engaging directly with an individual in a standard therapeutic environment.

Couples Therapy
Krys utilizes the Gottman Method for couples therapy, starting with a 90-minute initial session to discuss the couple's relationship history. This is followed by individual sessions to explore personal and family histories, a detailed questionnaire for each partner, and a thorough treatment plan crafted from all elements.

Family Therapy
Collaborating with all family members during sessions to gain insights into dynamics, enhance communication skills, and clarify roles while striving towards shared goals.

Psychology Assessment
Using psychological measures to determine potential diagnoses for mood (e.g., anxiety, depression), trauma and stressor disorders, somatic symptom disorders, as well as screening for other disorders.

Psychoeducational Assessment
Assessing an individual's fundamental cognitive (intellectual) abilities and levels of academic achievement through various measures.

ADHD Assessment
Assessing whether a person fulfills the requirements for a diagnosis of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
